Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver within Singapore only.
Delivery Options, Fees & Estimated Timeframes
Standard Delivery
- Delivery fee: $2.99
- Free delivery for orders above $20
- Estimated delivery: within 3–5 working days (Monday to Saturday)
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Express Delivery (48 Hours)
- Delivery fee: $35
- Estimated delivery: within 48 hours
- Excludes Sundays and Public Holidays
Important conditions:
- Express delivery is limited to a maximum of 1 pallet per order
- Availability is subject to item size, weight, and delivery location
- Orders must be placed early to ensure express service availability
Why express delivery costs more: Due to priority handling and dedicated delivery arrangements, express delivery is priced higher than standard delivery.
Oversized / Bulky / Palletised Orders
For oversized, bulky, or palletised items:
- Delivery may be arranged via a dedicated delivery service to ensure safe handling
- Estimated delivery remains within 3–5 working days, unless otherwise advised
Additional handling or access requirements (e.g. forklift, loading bay access) should be communicated in advance.
Delivery Access (No Staircase Delivery)
For the safety of our delivery team, heavy and bulky items are delivered to units with lift access only. Our drivers are unable to carry heavy or bulky orders up the stairs.
If your unit is not served by a lift, please note:
- Delivery will be made to the ground floor / lift lobby of your building
- You are responsible for carrying the items up to your unit from that point
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the order
This mainly applies to bulky orders such as carton boxes, bubble wrap rolls, and large-volume packaging supplies. If you are unsure whether your delivery location is accessible, please contact us in advance so we can advise.

- Orders are processed on working days (Monday to Saturday)
- Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day

- Failed deliveries due to incorrect details or unsuccessful delivery attempts may result in additional redelivery charges
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
Claims (Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Items)
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
Any claims must be submitted to MillionParcel within 7 days from Proof of Delivery (POD). Claims submitted after this period may not be recognised.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you deliver to units without a lift?
We deliver heavy and bulky items to units with lift access only. For walk-up units, orders are delivered to the ground floor or lift lobby, and customers are responsible for carrying items up to their unit.
Why doesn't MillionParcel offer staircase delivery?
For the safety of our delivery team, we do not carry heavy or bulky items up the stairs.
Where will my order be delivered if my building has no lift?
Your order will be delivered to the ground floor or lift lobby of your building.
Does MillionParcel deliver outside Singapore?
No. We currently deliver within Singapore only.
Is delivery free?
Standard delivery is $2.99, and free for orders above $20.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery arrives within 3–5 working days (Monday to Saturday). Express delivery is available within 48 hours for an additional fee.
Can I self-collect my order?
Yes. Self-collection is available by appointment only at our warehouse in West Park BizCentral. Please SMS or WhatsApp us at least 1 day in advance to book a slot.
Final Notes
- Delivery fees are non-refundable once delivery has been completed
