1) Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver within Singapore only.
2) Delivery Options, Fees & Estimated Timeframes
Standard Delivery
- Delivery fee: $2.99
- Free delivery for orders above $20
- Estimated delivery: within 3-5 working days (Monday to Saturday)
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Express Delivery (48 Hours)
- Delivery fee: $35
- Estimated delivery: within 48 hours
- Excludes Sundays and Public Holidays
Important conditions:
- Express delivery is limited to a maximum of 1 pallet per order
- Availability is subject to item size, weight, and delivery location
- Orders must be placed early to ensure express service availability
Why express delivery costs more:
Due to priority handling and dedicated delivery arrangements, express delivery is priced higher than standard delivery.
Oversized / Bulky / Palletised Orders
For oversized, bulky, or palletised items:
- Delivery may be arranged via a dedicated delivery service to ensure safe handling
- Estimated delivery remains within 3-5 working days, unless otherwise advised
Additional handling or access requirements (e.g. forklift, loading bay access) should be communicated in advance.
3) Self Collection (Warehouse Pickup)
Self-collection is available by appointment only.

4) Order Processing
- Orders are processed on working days (Monday to Saturday)
- Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day
5) Delivery Notes
- Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect details or unsuccessful delivery attempts may result in additional redelivery charges
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
6) Claims (Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Items)
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
Any claims must be submitted to MillionParcel within 7 days from Proof of Delivery (POD).
Claims submitted after this period may not be recognised.
All claims must be made in writing, accompanied by supporting photos and relevant documents, and submitted to:

Final Notes
- Delivery fees are non-refundable once delivery has been completed
