Refund policy
1. Return Eligibility (7 Days)
We accept return or refund requests within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unopened, and in original condition
- Be returned in the original packaging, including all cartons, pallets, accessories, and components (where applicable)
- Be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase
Items that have been used, opened, damaged, repacked, or altered may not be eligible for return or refund.
2. Inspection Upon Delivery (Important)
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours, if:
- The item is damaged
- The item is defective
- The wrong item was received
📌 Note:
All return or refund requests, including those related to damages or incorrect items, must still be submitted within 7 days of delivery and are subject to inspection and approval.
3. How to Request a Return
To request a return or refund, please email hello@millionparcel.sg with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) to be returned
- Reason for return
- Clear photos (mandatory for damaged, defective, or incorrect items)

❗ Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping & Handling
- Customers are responsible for arranging and covering all return shipping costs, including for bulky, heavy, or palletised items.
- We do not provide return shipping labels.
- Customers are responsible for coordinating delivery, unloading, and access arrangements for large or palletised returns.
Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Oversized, Bulk & Palletised Orders
Oversized, bulk, or palletised orders may be eligible for return, subject to the following:
- Items must remain unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- All cartons, quantities, and pallet configurations must be complete and intact
- Returns are subject to inspection and approval
Due to the nature of packaging and bulk products, partial returns, incomplete pallets, or repacked items may be rejected.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-made, personalised, or made-to-order products
- Special orders
- Items marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable
- Gift cards
If you are unsure whether an item is returnable, please contact us before placing your order.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If a return is approved, customers may place a new order separately.
8. Refunds
Once returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is up to 10 business days
- Banks or card issuers may require additional time to reflect the refund

9. Refund Rejection & Discretion
Refunds may be rejected if:
- Items do not meet the return conditions
- The return request is submitted after 7 days
- Returned items are damaged, used, incomplete, or improperly packaged
- There is evidence of misuse or abuse of the return policy
MillionParcel reserves the right to make the final decision on all return and refund requests.
10. Final Notes
- All returns and refunds are subject to inspection and approval
- Policy terms apply to purchases made on millionparcel.sg
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Singapore law
