To ensure our loyalty rewards remain practical, clear, and sustainable for long-term use, we will be introducing updates to our loyalty program.

🎁 Updated Voucher Redemption Options

Customers will be able to redeem points for the following vouchers:

• $500 OFF (Min. spend $2,000) – 90,000 points
• $300 OFF (Min. spend $1,200) – 55,000 points
• $60 OFF – 12,000 points
• $30 OFF – 6,000 points
• $5 OFF – 1,000 points

All redeemed vouchers are valid for 60 days from the date of issue.

⏳ Points Validity

1. Loyalty points will remain valid as long as there is account activity.
2. Points will expire after 6 months of inactivity, defined as no purchase or voucher redemption during this period.
3. Any purchase or redemption will automatically extend points validity.

🔄 Loyalty Structure Simplification

1. As part of this update, we will be streamlining our loyalty structure by removing tier classifications (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond).
2. All customers will continue to earn and redeem points as usual, with rewards now focused on clearer and more practical voucher redemption options.
