M2 size box fine, M4 box too thin walls

The "M" series of boxes seem fine, well designed and easy to work with. M2 seems perfect for most household moves. M4 however should have thicker walls with 3 layers or at least some kind of reinforcement around the carry handles, I've torn several of these boxes where the handle rips the sidewall open.

The boxes I ordered twice are good and strong, quality product and delivery was fast too. But the delivery staff just dropped the boxes quietly without alerting me, call or sms me, despite I was at home both occasions, at the end it was my neighbours who alerted me that something were outside my unit, what a pity!
